NovaHost.org shall provide its Services to the customer under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
This agreement is binding for you while using our service.

We will enforce these terms strictly to maintain speed and reliability of our service.

You understand that these terms are binding and will be enforced.
Any account breaking the rules stated in these terms of service will be suspended or terminated without notice.

1. BANDWIDTH - You can use only the amount of bandwidth per month listed with your plan.
Going over this limit will result in your account being automatically suspended until the next month.
Trying to circumvent our bandwidth monitoring will be detected, resulting in account termination.
2. DISK SPACE - You can only use the amount of diskspace which is included in your plan.
Additional space is only available by upgrading to gold membership at webmasterhotspot.com, or through post rewards.
3. E-MAIL ACCOUNTS - Any spamming or mass-mailing activity will result in immediate suspension.
You are limited to sending 500 emails per hour, however this is the upper limit.
Sending this many emails for extended periods will not be permitted.
4. ONE ACCOUNT ONLY - You may only register one free hosting account. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be deleted without notice.

5. CONTENT - The following content is NOT allowed:

• Excessive profanity
• Hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Pornography, adult, or mature content
• Child Pornography
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Any other content that promotes illegal activity
• Content that violates copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws
• Excessive advertising
• Pop-ups, pop-unders or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or are for downloads. Other types of pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit windows may be allowed, provided that they do not exceed a combined total of 3 per user session.

6. YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS - You are allowed to place your own ads, so long as they do not distribute spyware or adware without consent to the user.
7. SUPPORT - All support can be obtained on our support forums: http://webmasterhotspot.com
8. BACKUPS - We do not backup free hosting accounts. This is your responsibility.
We will not be held liable for lose of data.
9. DELETION - We reserve the right to delete any account at anytime, without notice.
You may request to have your account deleted from our servers at anytime.
Proof of account ownership will be required prior to us removing the account data.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY - Although we strive to provide the highest uptime possible,
we make no guaranties to service availabilty. We reserve the right to stop our service without notice.
11. SYSTEM USAGE - Any site using excessive CPU or RAM may be suspended without notice.
12. TORRENT SITES - Hosting any type of torrent files or tracking scripts is not permitted.
13. PROXIES - Web-based proxies are strictly prohibited.
14. LANGUAGE - Hosted sites must be in either English or French, to allow our admins to check their content.

All sites are visually monitored and when found guilty of abusing the terms of service the account may terminated without notice, or may be suspended with an official warning.

These terms may be revised at anytime at our discretion.
In such an event we will send an email to the address you listed in your cPanel.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not signup for this service, or request an account deletion.
